
When is the deadline for ordering?
All orders for the current menu must be received by 5pm on Friday for delivery the following Wednesday.
Why Friday? Can't I order over the weekend?
We'd love to accept orders everyday, all day, and maybe someday, we will! But the truth is, it takes a lot planning to craft these meals. We work with as many local vendors as possible, and many of them are only available on the weekends. That being said, we like to know what we need before we approach them to minimize waste and keep prices as affordable as possible.
What is a Square Meal Deal? We organize our menu into five days worth of complete meals that generally include entrée, sides and dessert. Ordering one day's entire meal qualifies as a “Square Meal Deal” and is 15% off the total value of the a la carte items.
I need to cancel my order because [insert unforeseen circumstance].
We understand that sometimes, life happens. If you need to cancel an order, try to let us know 48 hours before delivery. We issue reimbursements as store credit, which is good forever!
I have a gift certificate from Dishalicious and Elizabeth promised me you would honor it. Can I use it?
Of course! Email us at info@dishalicious.com and we will verify your gift certificate with our records.
How do I use your order page?
Our easy to use order page is quite self expanatory. Register, shop, proceed to the secure checkout. Our order page has it's own help section should you have any difficulties using it.
Can Dishalicous cater my event? I need to order 500 lasagnas.
Dishalicious is a dinner delivery service only and does not cater. However, Dishalicious is a division of Spoon & Co. Catering. Please contact us at info@spoonandco.com or 512.912.6784 for your catering needs.

How does delivery work?
We work by the ol' tried and trusted cooler on the porch method. Leave an appropriately sized cooler with ice or ice packs out on your front porch, or somewhere visible if you're porchless, and preferably out of the hot Texas sun. We'll leave your food to chill out, comfortably awaiting your return.
Can you deliver to my work?
Sure! We can bring the food to your work/office and you can store it in the fridge there. We are not responsible for your co-workers' jealous fits of rage. But you can share. If there's no fridge available or space is limited, feel free to bring a cooler with you.
What if I forget my cooler?
We take time to ensure that your food is properly prepared and stored according to health department standards. It's important that your food remained chilled until heated or frozen. If you are not home and forget to leave a cooler out, we will immediately freeze your food and deliver it with your next order for you to enjoy.
How far do you deliver? We deliver in central Austin and the surrounding neighbourhoods
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, minimum order for delivery is $25, which is usually only one Square Meal Deal.
Is there a delivery fee?
No, that is why we deliver on a specific day only.

Is all your food local and organic?
We use local and organic food and products as much as possible while trying to keep prices affordable for you. Though we do not use 100% local food, we are very particular about sourcing food from vendors we trust to provide the freshest and most nutritious food for you and your family.
I have certain food allergies and need to know if you used _____ in your food.
We provide comprehensive ingredient lists on the menu page of our website and will provide this same list with every order for your review. If you have any questions about any of our food or preparation, don't hesitate to contact us at info@dishalicious.com.
Do you have nutritional information for your meals?
We are currently working on integrating food nutrition information on our site. While our meals don't follow any specific dietary needs such as low-carb or low-sodium, they are completely homemade, with no preservatives or additives. We do try to incorporate nutritious greens, grains and proteins, and believe that eating everything in moderation is good for your health and great for the soul.
How long will my food last?
All of our food will come with an eat by and/or freeze by date. Most meals will last 3-5 days in the fridge and up to a month in the freezer.
How many people does a square meal feed?
Our meals and sides are portioned to generously feed two hungry people or three not so hungry.

Can I pay by check or cash?
We would love to accept all forms of payment, but in the interests of a paper free environment, the best way for us to receive payments is via our secure website with any major credit or debit card.
Do I have to enter my information every time I order?
Nope. Simply create your own login upon your first visit to our store and it will save your account information so the next time you order, it will be quick and effortless.
Do I have to create an account to order? No but it makes it easier next time you order.
How long does it take for payments to process? Payments will process immediately after your order is captured.
