How does the Friends and Family Discount work?
It's simple! All you have to do is send us an email with your name and email address, as well as your friend/family member's name and email address, and we'll send both of you a unique coupon code to apply 30% OFF you and your friend's next order. Limit one coupon per order, 1 coupon per referee, 3 coupons per referrer. Friends and Family Discount cannot be combined with any other promotions/discounts. Coupons expire 3/31/10.
When is the deadline for ordering?
All orders for the current menu must be received by Friday at midnight for delivery the following Tuesday or Wednesday depending on your zip code.
Is there a minimum amount to process my order for delivery?
Yes. Minimum order for delivery is $25.
Do you use organic and locally-grown ingredients?
Yes! We are committed to using local, organic ingredients in all of our handmade meals as much as possible. We are very particular about sourcing food from trusted vendors to provide the freshest and most nutritious food for you and your family.
I'm not in your delivery area. How can I receive your delicious dishes?
We also deliver to businesses and offices, so if you work in one of our delivery areas, we are more than happy to deliver your food there. Some of our Dish Friends have also had their delicious meals delivered to friends and family who do live in our delivery zip code. As we grow and expand, so will our delivery area.
How long is my food good for?
All of our food comes with an eat by and/or freeze by date. To ensure the freshness and quality of the food, most meals last up to a week in the refrigerator and up to a month in the freezer.
I don't plan on ordering for a few weeks because I'm going out of town. How do I return the Dish a Licious Cooler Bag?
We have a regularly scheduled Cooler Round-Up the 1st Tuesday or Wednesday of each month depending on your delivery zip code. Of course, for those of you who order weekly, we'll continue to swap out your last delivery cooler with a new one filled with your delicious dishes.
Can I pay by check or cash?
We would love to accept all forms of payment, but in the interest of using as little paper as possible, the best way for us to receive payments is through our secure website with any major credit or debit card.
How long does it take for my payment to process?
Payments will normally process at the end of each day.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
